| To accelerate the pace of construction of domestic nuclear power project and explore concrete construction in cold areas the feasibility of nuclear power, we study the admixture, curing temperature, pre-keep time on the C45, C30nuclear concrete properties and mechanical properties, through the analysis of test results, made of concrete construction in winter feasibility of nuclear power, and achieved relevant results.First, the mix of nuclear concrete and the admixture were adjusted, and then in accordance with the antifreeze standard JC475, at-10℃, the formula provided by the Hongyanhe nuclear power plant with the usual five kinds of antifreeze component complex test, the design strength of C45, C30strength grade of concrete are unable to meet requirements. In-5℃. but C45nuclear FH-C in concrete and FH-N in both strength concrete, the remaining components are enough to meet the requirements. To solve the problem of-10℃unable to meet the strength requirements, we conducted a follow-up experiment of FH antifreeze and draw replacement if instead FH series with naphthalene or without replacing the reducing agent, used to extend the pre-raising time to6-8hours, it can basically meet the design strength requirements. And there are some another research like this:taking no pre-raising, exist pre-raising, constant negative temperature, form negative temperature to standard temperature curing conditions summed up the performance of with a variety of antifreeze and polycarboxylate and the performance for the construction of concrete analysis. |
