| Since the current research direction of power electronics study field is theaircraft power system based on ultra high-speed turbine generator. The principle isto use the gas plume of aircraft from the process of jet propulsion or the rotor spinof permanent magnet generator driven by jet stream to output three-phasealternating current. Using this type of electrical power system instead of thetraditional gas hydraulic device or storage battery will effectively reduce the bulkand weight of the aircraft power system. The electricity converter with the functionof automatic load matching can solve the issue of energy matching betweengenerator and load. Meanwhile, it will transform the three-phase alternating currentto the direct current constant voltage for load.This paper will focus on the own features of independent power generatingsystem of ultra high-speed turbine generator, qualitative analyze the open-loopexternal characteristics of ultra high-speed turbine generator. Analyze themechanism of its mismatch and rematch, summarize the topology optimizing basisof converter and put forward the concrete solution of two-channel interleavingconverter according to buck topology.Finally, Compare two kinds of series andparallel energy matching circuit.For technical specifications, design power converter main parameters, such asinductors, output capacitor and energy resistance, etc., and through the open-loopsimulation test and verify correctness of the parmeter designing. Attempts to designthe thermal management of the converter and the technology structure with highpower density.Analyze the control circuit of the converter and introduce the main functions ofthe control chip along with the device of its peripheral configuration and samplingcircuit. Therefore, this research will construct a small-signal model for buckconverter and compute the feedback compensation network. The correspond-ingverification will be implemented using Matlab simulation.In the way of creating an experimental prototype, get the actual waveforms andanalyze these waveforms to verify the correctness of power converter design. |
