Since America use atom bomb force the unconditional surrender of Japan in WorldWar II, the power of nuclear weapon attracted military scientist attention widely. Within-depth research, the weapons platforms which have capable of second nuclear strikeget more and more attention, submarine-launched missile is one of the best. However,submarine-launched missile is different from land-based missile submarine-launchedmissiles, the initial stage of launch process will go through the transition of differentenvironments between air and water, conditions of launch are complicated, and it takesmore difficulties to the structure and trajectory design of submarine-launched missiles. In this paper, the process of submarine-launched missiles launching is numericalsimulated, the affection of several launch conditions to submarine-launched missilesloads is analyzed, and provide some reference for the missile design.Firstly, the governing equations, multiphase flow model and turbulence model usedin the FLUENT are introduced, and mesh models of flow field and projectilebody meshmodel are built by dynamic mesh technique. Then loads and boundary conditions aresimulated on mesh model under the different launch speed, launch depth and submarinespeed launch and obtain hydrodynamic data under different working conditions.Dynamic models of submarine-launched missile, canister launcher and adapter arebuilt in ADAMS using concentrated mass method. On this basis, different workingconditions are designed base on different stiffness of adapter and submarine speed, andsimulate under these working conditions separately, then obtain load on sections in theprocess of launching from canister. Compare the loads on dangerous sections and obtainthe affection of different launch parameters to load on canister.
