AlZn aviation materials are widely used in the aviation industry, is a typical topicalmaterial of military fighter. However, due to the smooth surface of the metal, it could easilyreflected laser, radar and other types of light waves, what caused military aircraft easilycapture by enemy radar while they are performing tasks. Research rational crafts of surfacepretreatment to improve the light absorption performance of material surface have greatpractical significance for improving the efficiency of the production of the material laser heattreatment. What’s more, it has some reference significance for the research of militaryanti-radar detection field.[47]The thesis is intended to make the surface of AlZn aviation material more roughen byEDM texturing to improve the light-absorbing properties. First, doing EDM texturingexperimental on AlZn aviation materials with the copper electrode and graphite electrode,analysis the influence of electrical parameters on the processing efficiency and electrode wearof texturing, concluded reasonable process of EDM texturing. Then analysis the influence oftwo experimental factors which are parameter selection and electrode materials selection onthe EDM texturing surface morphology of the AlZn material, summed the regular pattern ofthe influence of two experimental factors which are parameter selection and electrodematerials selection on electrical parameter selection and electrode materials selection on thetexturing surface roughness.[24-25]Finally, do absorbance experiment on CO2laser machinewith untreated AlZn aviation material sample, sample after texturing and texturing sampleafter surface coating. Summarize the influence of the surface roughness, surface temperatureand surface coating on the rate of light absorption.
