This paper briefly presents the development of aviation test technology at home and abroad. Onthis basis, the principle and testing methods of characteristics parameters in the variable frequency(VF) AC power system are discussed, than the features of characteristics parameters test in the VF ACpower system. Signal frequency in the VF AC power system ranges from360Hz~800Hz, whichbrings about affects on the characteristics parameters test mechanisms. Band-stop filter is processed toremove the fundamental digital filter technology to measure the signal distortion spectrum. Spectrumleakage is reduced by adding a window function.This thesis studies current aviation testing technology at home and abroad. On this basis, theprinciple of measurement is analyzed in the variable frequency AC power supply system, than itobtains the test methods for characteristic parameters. Compared with constant frequency powersupply system, frequency range from360Hz~800Hz will cause three points for characteristicparameters test. Band-stop filter is proposed to remove the fundamental digital filter technology tomeasure the signal distortion spectrum; spectrum analysis method is used to test the maincharacteristic parameters, the spectrum leakage is reduced by adding a window function.According to the variable frequency power supply system of a large airliner grid structure, thispaper gives details of the test system hardware design process, and complete hardware platform basedon PXI bus structures. The automatic test system integrated multi-functional modular instrumentsequipment. Accurate and efficient data processing algorithm is the key to the measurement.The testsystem software takes advantage of LabVIEW to meet the requirements of MIL-SID-704F. Real-timetest system record and store measurement data, it generates test report in word or PDF formatautomatically.Finally, the experiments show that functions and theory analysis are feasibility, and get the erroranalysis and precision calculations. In order to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the test data,compare the test results of system test structure with that of precise instrumentation. The main factorsof the test accuracy are analyzed; the formula of the system of absolute accuracy is given. Test andanalysis results show that the test system designed in this paper meet the testing requirements andprecision meet the design standards. The test is accurate, user-friendly, and easy to operate.
