| Automobile industry is one of the most important support to national economy.With the rapid increase on automobile sales volume in our country, the automobilequality requirements also need the improvements.The machining quality of cylinder block as one of the most importantcomponents for vehicles will affect engine directly, so as to affect vehiclesperformance. How to effectively control the machining quality of the cylinder block isthe main topic for this thesis.Firstly, this paper has the research on the machining status,theoretic analysis forthe tooling camber separately on the milling and boring stage. Then has the researchon the key characteristic by using the quality control chart application, using normalquality control chart and small lots production quality control chart respectively basedon the production lots information.Then, this paper takes the KV6cylinder block from SAIC as the practical case,analysis the key characteristic and based on the production volume and comparingdifferent control chart, it provides the proper control chart solution. So it can alarmnot only for the possible abnormal situation during production but also monitoringmore effectively. That results to improve the quality and effective of the machiningcylinder block. |
