Special-shaped building curtain wall symbol used in super-high building orvenue kind of architecture, Building will be shaped the ellipsoid, folded line surface,parabola, hyperboloid or free surface appearance of personalized constructionperipheral protecting wall referred to as special-shaped curtain wall. The architectsuse the original bionic principle and a variety of metal material element combinationto express profiled curtain wall ideas, and integrate building curtain wall and sub-steelstructure technology together to realize the construction of the curtain wall project.Structure life cycle of Special-shaped curtain wall contains research and developmentdesign, production and processing, construction, maintenance cleaning, renovation ofthe entire product, its analysis model is to deal with the life cycle of the feasibilityplan implementation and safety assessment analysis. Special-shaped building curtainwall projects are designed by the RHINO, CATIA and other modern computer3ddesign software, SAP2000and ANSYS finite element analysis of structure, withvirtual parametric technology or scale simulation entity model analysis, forengineering technical problem solving and predicting early in the lifecycle of a safetyhazard. Its analysis model is divided into geometric model, structure model andphysical model, the geometric model of the application is to provide the basis of theconstruction whole process data for precise construction; Structure model of theapplication is comprehensive and reliable evaluation of the mechanical response ofload and safety issues; Physical model of the application is the simulation of wind andrain, earthquake and etc., which entity model experiment results verify theperformance under the condition. In this paper it was illustrated to satisfy the space free curved surface of the art ofbuilding requirements through the Shenzhen International Airport T3Terminal MainBuilding-honeycomb type curtain wall project modeling analysis, parameterizedmodel apply in the course of designing, measuring, processing&construction;Through finite-element analysis, Bionic structure optimization research and thephysical properties testing, the problem of strength&stiffness&stability of curtainwall were solved in under the action of wind load, earthquake and accidental loading;The methods and countermeasures to solve the problem of engineering structuresafety were found by studying the failure mechanism of the durability of the curtainwall materials. In this paper model of special-shaped building curtain wall wasanalyzed with a time axis, its structure safety was discussed in structure life cycle forpreventing engineering accidents in advance, creating safe projects.
