| Development of new energy vehicles today, led to the emergence of manytechnology and innovation. Familiar technology engine technology, motor technology,the car chassis technology, automobile construction technology, automotive powertrain technology, battery technology, and so on. In recent years, with the ongoingefforts of national scientific and technological workers, discovered and invented a lotof new energy sources, many of which are widely used in the field of new energyvehicles. Hybrid electric vehicles referred to this article is the perfect combination oftraditional automotive and energy resources.Research object of the focus of this article is a bi-directional DC-DC convertersfor electric vehicle control technology. We will detail in two main areas: the first is abi-directional converter with DC-DC converter topology on impact of controltechnologies; the second combining this novel phase-shifted full-bridge converterdesign structure, we use fuzzy PID control algorithm to complete the convertercontrol system design.Hybrid vehicle in motion and frequent switching motor mode to complete thetwo-way flow of electricity, bidirectional DC-DC converters for this play a crucialrole. Engine for hybrid electric vehicle mode and power mode were converters workwhere conversion is complete, so in the context of such high power, phase-shiftedfull-bridge converter we use as automotive batteries and electrical systems for theconnection of the transducer. This paper, the existing phase-shifted full-bridgeconverter has been improved, two-phase bridge converter combined withold-fashioned full-bridge converters, to derive a new type of converter. Taking fulladvantage of phase-shifting control technology, the new converter reduces the outputripple.According to new transform large signal model simulations, we select thefuzzy-PID control algorithm, compared to conventional control algorithms,eliminating a large number of judgments, in high power disturbance to improve theoperating efficiency of the system. TI’s high performance DSP in the text as a newconverter controlling IC enables system minimizes switching losses. |
