The Consolidation Mechanism And Applied Studies On Sddc And Multi-pile Composite Foundation

Urban construction of old city reconstruction project will produce large amounts ofconstruction waste，based on the foundation to build high and super-high buildings,SDDC and multi-pile composite foundation is more significant advantage, it not onlycan meet the requirements of the upper structure bearing capacity and deformation, butalso can save cost and reduce environmental pollution. Therefore, studies onconsolidation mechanism of SDDC and the multi-pile composite foundation haveimportant engineering practical value.This paper has in detail analyzed the SDDC’s lateral compacting effect by cavityexpansion theory, to deduce lateral impact scope and expanding radius. According tothe mechanism of dynamic compaction method, the impact effect of SDDC has beenstudied to obtain the influence factors.SDDC embodies the superiority of its ownbecause of comparing with other foundation treatment methods. Combined withpractical engineering, SDDC pile composite foundation has been carried on thenumerical simulation analysis by large finite element software ANSYS, and the paperhas obtained SDDC pile composite foundation bearing capacity, single pile bearingcapacity, pile side resistance distribution and soil bearing capacity, while it hasdiscussed the influence compression modulus of pile and soil and the pile length onSDDC pile composite foundation. By analyzed, the effect that SDDC consolidatefoundation is outstanding. Using of the numerical simulation process of SDDC pilecomposite foundation,the paper the further studies on multi-pile composite foundationBased on SDDC and bored pile, it has analyzed the bearing capacity of bored piles under the condition, and discussed the advantage that SDDC-bored piles compare to asingle foundation treatment methods or a single pile foundation method.Based on the SDDC and bored piles combined application of multi-pile compositefoundation as an example, the paper reveals that the multi-pile composite foundationhas a potential to treat special foundation and meet the demand of high bearing capacity,shows prospect of the multi-pile composite foundation.
