Researching On The Evolution Of The Development Zone And The City Spatial Structure In Lanzhou City From The Perspective Of Scientific Outlook On Development

Since the establishment in1979, Shekou Industrial Zone marks the developmentzone has gone through a scratch in the development of our country, from the wholeprocess. Development Zone has become the main content of promoting our country cityspace structure evolution. It plays a huge role in promoting the national economy, socialdevelopment and the city development. At the same time, behind the rapid developmentof the zone, has caused the extensive of land using, spatial sprawl, caused the problemof development zone and other regional contradiction. The city spatial structure needs tobe optimized. In this paper, under the guidance of scientific outlook in development,with the development and evolution of city spatial structure as the research object,In-depth analysis of the Development Zone as in the city spatial structure evolution ofthe role. According to the existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures andsuggestions,to provide some reference for the optimization of the city spatialstructure,in order to make the development zone and the city spatial structure toward acoordinated, sustainable way to develop.The paper firstly summarizes the evolution model of city spatial structure;Secondly,analyze the factors driving the city spatial structure evolution, study on the developmentzone which is a new economy area and spatial entity as the important factors thatinfluence the city spatial structure, focuses on the analysis of the Development Zone under the leadership of the city spatial structure evolution; thirdly, selects a typicalrepresentative of Western Valley-basin City--Lanzhou City, to give a empirical analysis.Based on the research on the development of city spatial structure evolution andDevelopment Zone of Lanzhou, further analyzes to the influence and effect ofdevelopment zones in Lanzhou city caused the evolution of spatial structure in threeaspects of the city spatial structure, social spatial structure and spatial structure of theindustry. Come to conclusion on that development led growth Lanzhou urban space,urban interior space reconstruction, as well as the evolution of urban functions occurred.Development Zone has become one of the main content and the leading force ofevolution of spatial structure of Lanzhou city.
