| This paper takes a1.5MW wind turbine cone-shaped tower as a reference object whichlocated in Inner Mongolia Baiyun Obo area, the design method of lattice type concrete filledsteel tube wind turbine tower is studied, and the mechanical properties influence of the towercontrol indexes and design parameters are analyzed.The design method of lattice type concrete filled steel tube wind turbine tower includeconcept design(tower height according to the lowest height calculation formula and therequirement of wind turbine power; tower facade shape appropriate uses inclined straight;plane shape uses triangle; web member form adopts hybrid form; top width depends on thewind turbine yaw bearing size, take4.7m; bottom width takes (1/4~1/10) H; pillar and webmember of angle pick up30~55), tower calculation diagram, load calculation andcombination, pillar and web member internal force calculation method and the designmethod of cross section. Using the method of equivalent moment of inertia calculation ofvariable cross-section tower stiffness; using the principle of buckling coefficient of thestability of the tower is deduced from the theoretical calculation formula.The influence laws of tower’s design parameters on the failure modes and ultimatebearing capacity using are studied by ANSYS finite element software, the research resultsshows that: as the tower aspect ratio, the form of web meber, pillar diameter-thickratio and the web mebe and pillar stiffness ratio are changed, tower axial yield failure ofweb meber, web meber local buckling failure and the local buckling and web meber localyield formation of the joint failure mode of three kinds of failure modes. Tower aspect ratioand pillar diameter-thickness ratio on bearing capacity of tower of tower column effects playa major role, web forms and web members and tower column stiffness ratio on bearingcapacity of tower limited increase. The tower aspect ratio should be between1/11to1/9;web member form appropriate uses hybrid(above bottom adopts fraction, again uses the intersection); pillar diameter-thickness ratio should be between25to32; web memberand pillar pipe stiffnessr ratio should be between0.006to0.012.The1.5MW lattice type concrete filled steel tube wind turbine tower is designed, andcarries on the strength, stiffness and stability control index analysis, verify the effectivenessof the proposed design method, has been clear about the pillar by the strength of the controlin the design of tower, web meber controlled by the stability. |
