Along with the modernization of city, the increase in population density and the decrease in landresource are both new contradiction in modern society. Study of how to open up space for people tosurvive is now very concerned and must be resolved as soon as possible. One of the most importantproblems in underground space development is a support for rock and soil. In this paper, a foundation pitsupporting system, combined with the actual construction situation of Qujiangxiangdu, was optimized.Lizheng was, under different conditions, used to analyze the displacement, force, ground settlement andstability. According to the monitoring of deformation, optimization design is proved reasonable. The paperalso presents a method of loess analysis. Through this study, conclusions are as follows:1In view of the foundation pit support design of safety, economy, convenient construction, smallimpact on the environment, combined with relevant engineering experience, two kinds of reasonablesupporting scheme was chosen.2A weighted average method was used and with a comprehensive comparison of the two schemes,the best scheme, safe, economic, convenient construction and little influence on surrounding environment,was chosen.3this paper mainly presents structure of deep foundation pit in northwest loess region, and verifiesthe application of the slope protection pile, soil nailing wall and composite soil nailed wall in the loessarea.4Lizheng was used to check the settlement, section, antipulling, stability, anti-uplift and anti-rise indeep foundation pit. The checking results all meet the requirements of the code.5through the analysis of the field monitoring data, the plan is reasonable.6this paper analyzes the reason why loess can stand straight, and attempts to quantify it. The resultscan provide examples for loess foundation pit support design.
