In view of the saline soil corrosive effect on concrete piles, depending on thecharacteristics of road construction in the Saline Soil Area, combined with the successfulexperience of domestic, when making the salt crust Lot of the bored pile construction work,the bags of concrete pile construction technology is an effective solution for the saline SoilArea concrete pile saline Soil Area project quality, to ensure the durability of saline soil pile.Corrosion the band play cut off salt corrosion and enhance the role of the stability of the pile,therefore, in this article Saline Soil Area bagged cement concrete piles composite geotextilemembrane bags is studied, and give the bags of concrete piles composite geotextile membranebags optimize the design.For discussing the characteristics and functions of different soil geotextile andgeomembrane, choosing staple fiber needle-punched non-woven geotextile, silk spinningsticky acupuncture nonwovens singeing geotextile, long silk spinning sticky needle-punchednonwoven geotextiles three kinds of geotextile and HDPE geomembrane, EVA geomembrane,LDPE, PVC geomembrane anti-seepage membrane nine geomembrane as experimentalmaterial.Based on the direct shear tests on geotextile, CBR bursting strength test and hydrostaticpressure test on geomembrane, the data of various performance indicators is obtained.To geosynthetic materials, using salt solution for indoor accelerated corrosion test(freeze-thaw test and dry-wet cycle test). Then test geotextile in direct shear test andgeomembrane in CBR bursting strength test and hydrostatic pressure resistance test, thus gainthe data of various performance index, then have a comparative analysis with test data beforeand after the corrosion test.According to the experimental data on the friction pile bearing capacity analysis andgeomembrane durability index analysis, finally through a combination of analysis andoptimization of various indicators, then recommend the geomembrane bag form for baggedconcrete pile on saline soil area.
