With large amounts of application of continuous rigid frame bridge in practicalengineering, bridge’s span is built longer, the number of holes greater, the piers higher andhigher. joining of the continuous rigid frame bridge construction control technique is moreand more concern and attention. Continuous rigid frame bridge closure time, the joiningtemperature, sequence of the final closure and structure system transformation has a greatinfluence on the internal forces of the main girder in bridge dead load. For long-spancontinuous rigid frame bridge closure order and pushing force analysis and research haspractical significance. The paper rely on the Luo-He Bridge as the research background, consult a large ofreferences at home and abroad.Summed up the mechanical characteristics and closuretechnology development situation at home and abroad. Expounds the function of each factor, the calculation method and its effects on structure of the multi-span continuous rigid-framebridge. Discusses the determination of closure temperature and the jacking force calculationmethod in general of final closure. By Luo-He continuous rigid frame bridge constructioncontrol, and establish solid finite element model of the bridge, different closure order on theinfluence of the multi-span continuous rigid frame force and deformation were studied.Through the analysis of luo-he Bridge is selected, the closure scheme was given as follow:times of side span, middle span, side span in the end; put forward the method of calculatingthe pushing volume and introduced the method of calculating the jacking force, the effect ofthe pushing process are analyzed and the necessity. Finally, the study results has been appliedin the construction control of luo-he continuous rigid-frame bridge.
