In recent years, with the rapid development of the western traffic construction, a lot ofhighway engineering is constructing in this region. In the high—grade highway constructionprocess, because of so many mountainous and complex and changeable geological conditionin western, the number of highway tunnels has increased rapidly, the tunnel in theexcavation process also inevitably has encountered all kinds of complicated geologicalconditions. Surrounding rock of this area is always fragmentized, low intensity and poorstability, soft rock is one kind of the most common.This paper based on Lianhuo national road (GZ45) Yongdeng to Gulang Anyuanhighway Tunnel, in the view of the present situation of research in Soft Rock HighwayTunnel Mechanics and deformation is inadequately, choose the typical representativesections embedded test element which named the vibrating wire pressure box and concretestrain gauge, in order to study the regional tunnel which in soft and weak surrounding rockstress and deformation characteristics. By analyzing the monitoring data, obtain thesurrounding rock and supporting structure’s force distribution and deformation, and thendraw the two lining in soft rock supporting structure can not only as a safety reserve but alsoplays an important supporting role; According to the characteristics of the new AustrianTunneling Method tunnel construction, measured the stability of surrounding rock mass withdynamic monitoring method, and though processing the data getting the vault crownsettlement changes and peripheral convergence displacement and ultimate value, determinedthe reasonable time of two lining construction; Through using MIDAS/GTS softwarenumerical simulation the whole excavation process of circular excavation leaving the coremethod,obtain the Anyuan tunnel surrounding rock stress field,displacement field and theearly supporting structure’s state of the force; Finally according to comparative analysis theresults of numerical simulation and the field test results obtained in numerical,obtain theconclusion that although there are some gaps in the results, but the change law is uniform,and the gap in the engineering is in the allowable range, the simulation of the tunnelexcavation process dynamic analysis explain that to use MIADS/GTS numerical is feasibleand effective.Through the research is aim to provide guide for designing and constructing tunnel insoft surrounding rock zone, reduce engineering accidents and reduce the treatment costswhich is used for maybe appear disease and the costs which is used for subsequentmaintenance repair costs, having very obvious practical value and significantly economicand social benefits.
