As a new kind of power source in the field of hydraulic transmission, motor pump hasmany advantages such as compact structure, high integration and environmental protection.The double swash plate motor pump is a kind of innovative product designed based on themotor pump designing theory. The resonance of inside structure with high frequency will bemotivated by the complicated coupling relationship between electromagnet and mechanics,which has influence on the working performance and lifetime. Therefore, dynamics analysisof the double swash plate motor pump has the great significance of development and research.In this paper, the double swash plate motor pump developed by subject group is taken asthe object of the research. The vibration modal analysis of the rotational cylinder axis isachieved. The unbalance electromagnetic force caused by oblique and eccentric rotor isresearched. The dynamics model of electromechanical coupled with hydraulic system in thepump is analyzed and researched theoretically.The vibration modal of the cylinder axis in the pump is analyzed with transfer matrixmethod based on rotor dynamics theory. The mechanical model of cylindrical roller bearing isbuilt and is used in the vibration moving system of cylinder axis. The influence of the modelof cylindrical roller bearing affected on the vibration modality of cylinder axis is achieved.The unbalance electromagnetic force caused by oblique and eccentric rotor is researched inthe pump. The Fourier transform method is used to solve the eccentric air gap magneticconductance of the cylinder. The calculation method of unbalance electromagnetic force isdeduced based on Maxwell stress theory.The dynamics model of electromechanical coupled with hydraulic system in the pump isbuilt according to relative electromagnetism, mechanics and hydraulic theory. The analysis ofthe effects of working parameters on the motor pump performance and cylinder axis vibrationis made. Relative data conclusion is achieved.
