Solar energy is abundant, inexhaustible, and non-pollution. These advantages makethe world pay attention to solar energy. As an important way of utilization of solar energy,photovoltaic technology has achieved great development, and began to be widely used.Compared with the traditional centralized photovoltaic power generation system,integrated modular small power photovoltaic power generation system with its small size,easy to install, high conversion efficiency advantages began to be taken seriously. In thispaper, the research in the key technology of small power photovoltaic powertransformation have the reference value to little power photovoltaic power generationsystem design.The paper firstly studies the key technology, advantages and disadvantages of severaltypical small power photovoltaic generation system structures and analyses electricaloutput characteristics of photovoltaic cells and the maximum power point trackingalgorithm. Aimed at small power and independent photovoltaic generation system, thispaper focuses on power conversion controller technology of photovoltaic controller’ssynchronous BUCK circuit, puts forward a prevention electrical current back flow strategywith active load, realizes soft start, pulse frequency and width modulation technologies onphotovoltaic controller system, and analyses the system loss. Meanwhile, for powerconversion of small power photovoltaic grid-connected inverter, the paper studies theprinciple and controller strategy of interleaved flyback power inverter, and carries theparticular hardware parameter design and corresponding experimental research byintroducing active clamp circuit to achieve zero voltage switching of power tubes. Finally,the author conducts the grid-connected experiment on the established interleaved flybackgrid-connected power inverter. By analyzing system working waveforms, the experimentproves that the interleaved flyback power inverter has meet requirements basically, validityof theory analysis, feasibility of the topology structure and control strategy, and providesreference for small power photovoltaic power conversion.
