The high exhaust temperature of industrial furnaces has been a hot topic of concern,it has special focus and attention for the utilization of secondary energy,it can reduceexhaust temperature of industrial furnaces that The flue gas waste heat recoverytechnology,Improvingthe utilization efficiency, for the furnaces industry of cut the cost to increase theprofit has a important significance. Meanwhile, the implementation of new policies andstandards, more strictly to reduce pollutant content in the exhaust gas. This is undoubtedlynew challenges for the industrial furnaces industry. the SCR has been a large number ofapplications in the power plant boiler, and Matureity.The comprehensive utilization ofboth technology, can be well to solve these problems of energy conservation and emissionreduction of industrial furnaces, etc.This paper emphasizes on introducing present situation、technology principle、Applications、assessment index、energy saving effect.ect about the flue gas waste heatrecovery technology and the SCR, analysising of the feasibility of these two kinds oftechnology combined application and has a certain popularization value. Combining withthe characteristics of two kinds of technology and building test-bed is reasonably concise,proveing the feasibility of this two techniques combined From the aspects of experiments.According to different working conditions, it is an assessment for the whole test-bed andthe result of the experiment. Specifically, the content of this paper mainly studies as thefollows:(1) This paper systematically introduces the basic principle, main properties andthe two core components technical performance analysis and the selection requirementsabout the flue gas waste heat recovery technology and the SCR technique.(2) According to the characteristics of the two kinds of technology and the needs ofthe laboratory equipment is setting up the Properly experiment formwork. It includeddesign,installation,debugging、operation. Drawing a flow chart of test apparatus, andanalysis of the composition and function of each system.(3) Proposed experimental scheme, and design the experimental process.it has aneffect on the denitration efficiency form mole ratio of NH3/NOx, temperature,the inlet NO concentration,and reversing time ect. Analysising Temperature field distribution in theLeft,right of the SCR reactor Form the reaction before and reacting, the reversing timeeffects on the thermal efficiency of the storage, record and analyze the test data.
