Along with the western region development, our country in highway, railwayengineering excavation occurred during slope failure phenomenon more and more is alsogetting more and more complicated, geological conditions, its control is directly related to theengineering safety, speed and benefit, become one of the key technical problems related toengineering. This paper takes Chongqing Fengjie to Wuxi project Wang Jiaping tunnel exitDuan Yan slope as the background, in the field geological survey foundation, analysis of theslope structure and failure of slope is the main mode, and use a variety of methods on slopestability analysis, finally aimed at the existence in the process of excavation of roadbeddeformation failure phenomena and design, puts forward the excavation and bracing proposal,solve the practical engineering problems, for slope engineering stability analysis andtreatment, provide theoretic and practical reference value.The main work finished in this paper:(1) On the region’s climate and hydrology, topography, lithology and structure wereinvestigated and the data collection work。(2) Analysis of tunnel slope deformation and failure phenomenon, combined withformation lithology, rock mass structure, groundwater and engineering geological conditionsof the slope, the deformation and failure mechanism and design possible deformation failuremode analysis, for the slope stability of foundation.(3) According to the geological prospecting data and laboratory tests, and the stability ofthe landslide by limit equilibrium state inverse, determine the landslide body mechanicsparameter; by using transfer coefficient method, introducing the standard requirements ofsafety coefficient of anti slide pile resistance and state of limit equilibrium of soilcounterforce difference between, by the force of anti slide pile analysis; finally according tothe stress conditions, using M method to the calculation of anti slide pile size, spacing, size,reinforcement, completed the design of anti-slide pile.(4)According to the design scheme of construction program and points for attention.
