Thermal performance test system of the mobile solar thermal products is avehicle-mobile test system, which can achieve thermal performance test of domesticsolar water heating systems as well as solar heat collectors. The test system involves alot of key technologies, and this paper aims at studying some key technologies.Firstly, this paper discusses the overall system structure and technical indicators,and proposes six key technologies: closed pipeline system design, mechanicalstructure design, solar tracking precision control, system software framework to build,interference source analysis, uncertainty analysis.Secondly, for the long steady state test time of the thermal performance testsystem, this paper proposes the semi-heat exchanger to replace the original thermalstorage heating tank. According to the test principles and requirements, the structureparameters of the semi-heat exchanger are calculated. Using the energy balanceequation to establish the collector temperature controlled model of the thermalperformance test system, and the model is simulated by Simulink. The results showthat the temperature control time of the improved system is shortened60%than thatof the original system.Thirdly, the various sources of interference temperature acquisition process areanalyzed in detail. The main sources of interference are the power interference,ground interference, radiation interference and the signal transmission circuitinterference. By the using of some hardware measures such as power supply filter,shielding box, signal isolator and some software measures such as limiting filter, theanti-jamming capability of the system is improved and the high-precision temperaturemeasurement requirements are ensured.Fourthly, in order to improve the readability of the program, the system mainlyprograms by taking the state machine model of Labview. Meanwhile, in order tofacilitate the user, the system uses a main panel and sub-panel test system software toachieve integration. And the application of the report technology allows users togenerate the test report conveniently.Finally, this paper analysis the uncertainty of three key indicators: the collectorinstantaneous efficiency, the daily heat gain of domestic solar hot water system andthe average heat loss factor. This paper also analysis the sources of uncertainty,establishes the model of uncertainty, and evaluates the uncertainty of the system.
