The fight performance of launch vehicle, after the end of the space launch, isnot only the focus of an sides, but also a particularly job assumed by the launch site.Flight performance analysis and evaluate is a comprehensive evaluate of the flighttest. The evaluate t also plays a guiding role of the subsequent flight test. Evaluatemethods of launch vehicle light performance and software implementation oftelemetry data automatic interpretation are studied in this paper. The main worksare as follows.(1)On the basis of the physical significance of the launch vehicle telemetryparameters,a telemetry data preprocessing model and an independent evaluatemodel,as well as an associated evaluate model are established based on telemetryoutline.(2)Based on the analysis of the launch vehicle system words, the existinganalytical evaluate thinking is studied and straightened out. Flight performanceevaluate method of launch vehicle environment parameters, power systems andutilization systems is proposed.(3)In dealing with the launch vehicle fault flight mode, the theoretical basisand basic steps for rapid analyzing location of ballistic-based comprehensiveanalyzing launch vehicle, which is under the circumstance of the flight fault, areanalyzed. The rapid location method of fault mode is given.(4)In dealing with the Quasi-real-time requirement flight performanceevaluate,a computer automated interpretation method of the interpretation processautomation, parameters interpretation automation and rapid analysis reportgeneration automation is studied. Telemetry data automatic interpretation plat formbased on MATLAB software is developed. The Quasi-real-time analysis evaluatemode which automatically forms s quick analysis report in ten minutes at the end ofthe flight is achieved.
