Throughout the spaceport at home and abroad a large launch tower, showingthe structure, form complex; structural safety reliability requirements; structure towithstand natural wind and emission impact and other characteristics of the loads.Large the launch tower costly event of a major failure will result in huge lossesand social impacts. Therefore, in order to analyze the wind load on the dynamicsof large-scale launch tower, the paper will be large-scale launch tower structure asthe research object, using MSC.PATRAN and MSC.NASTRAN finite elementanalysis platform, the establishment of large-scale launch tower underconfinement in the static load and complicated the instantaneous alternating loads,structural dynamics model, and the structural dynamics response analysis, basedon this model to study the impact of wind loads on large-scale launch tower underconfinement, and provide reference for practical use.Firstly, the dynamic mathematical model of the process of large-scale launchtower to open the tower. Launch tower structure of a launch site for the study onthe basis of, starting from the basic concepts such as wind load, wind speed, airpressure, combined with the structural characteristics of the launch site tower,height and topography in which the actual situation, the establishment of the thetower slewing platform rotation the theoretical model of the process is given towerwind loads wind speed and its driver static equation between the working pressureof the hydraulic system.Secondly, according to the basic static equation, combining with thecharacteristics of launch tower the slewing platform structure and extreme valuecalculated drive hydraulic system load values, with no wind and the slewingplatform in different drive hydraulic system under the condition of extreme calmwind load change compare analysis.Thirdly, based on the theoretical analysis of the extreme calm wind loadeffects, the deployment and fold experiments of the rotary platform for the launchtower were made with natural wind load. The experiments verfied the correctnessof the theoretical research on the extreme calm wind load effect, and the differenceof wind load effect in the open/closed process and the effect of wind direction onthe maximum closure ability of rotation platform were analyzed.Finally, based on the extremum calm wind load modeling, analysis of towerslewing platform affected by fluctuating wind. In establishing launch towerslewing platform on the basis of the finite element model, the slewing platform ofnatural frequency and vibration mode is obtained, under the action of the rotati ng platform subjected to fluctuating wind load dynamic characteristics are analyzedand discussed, in order to launch tower slewing platform task to ensure smoothlyand folded in the theory reference.Combining the above analysis and simulation structure of preliminarydiscussion on the launch tower ascension slewing platform support capability,technical measures and methods for the subsequent engineering practice provides acertain reference and reference.
