| Deployable antenna is an important part of the spacecraft communicationsystem, the fixture is an important link to ensure the quality of space antenna andimproving the efficiency of assembly. Because of the multifarious structure andsmall batch production of deployable antenna, the use of Flexible tooling system inthe manufacturing and assembly process of deployable antenna is very necessary.For many multiple lattices forming flexible tooling system, developing a set ofappropriate off-line programming and simulation software is a key technology.In this paper, the flexible tooling system is equipped with software andhardware integration of digital technology and the advanced automatic controltechnology, is the realization of advanced process equipment surface parts in digitalmanufacturing and assembly. The system is a multiple lattice forming flexibletooling system, which can accurately positioning and supporting deployable antennaand so on complex curved surface parts tooling work. When the antenna size andshape changes, tooling shape and layout can be automatically adjusted, change thelocation and the support position, to meet the different requirements of the supportstructural components and positioning, merits of flexibility and versatility.In this paper, based on the digital model of product, the flexible tooling systemprocess for flexible tooling system positioning pin adjusting trajectory and motioncontrol programming, provide data for equipment operation, compared to theoriginal dimension data and the actual data, and both the ability of simulationanalysis and field analysis, in the field can be analysis results transmission controlsystem, which is used to drive the motion control hardware devices. Off-lineprogramming software is the key tool dimension digital model is transformed into athe language can identify by the flexible tooling system, is also the key to ensure theenvelope surface of flexible fixture system adjustment, construction of discretelocation, formation of complex curved surface of deployable antenna.According to the structural characteristics of flexible tooling system ofdeployable antenna, we program interface for the framework of the off-lineprogramming software by using VC++programming language and OpenGL, withthe basic functions required by the software. By analyzing adjustment movement offlexible fixture restrictions and in this framework, to determine positioning processof flexible tooling system and output the control data of adjustment movement, so asto guide the movement of adjust of flexible tooling. According to the actual situationof adjustment motion of the flexible fixture, this paper conduct to the trajectoryplanning of adjustment module, in order to get the correct and reasonable adjustmentscheme. The designed algorithm is added to the software, in order to make the software has practical application value. Finally, this paper also analyzes the errorsurface precision of antenna, to verify whether the off-line programming software isdeveloped to meet the requirements.Off-line programming and simulation system of deployable antenna flexibletooling system can realize the motion data of the adjustment module generatesflexible tooling system, trajectory planning function adjustment module movement,to draw up a set of reasonable, humanity off-line programming and simulationsoftware is very important, also is feasible. |
