As a new lightweight structural, grid-stiffened composite panels has been widely applied in the aerospace field. The features of this structure not only has the advantages of high specific stiffness, high specific strength and good design ability for composite material, but also has the advantages of high efficiency, good structure stability and environmental robustness. However, Since the properties of composites are greatly affected by temperature, higher temperature will reduce the thermal stability of composite structures, which greatly limit the use and promotion of composite structures. In this paper, the fluid is integrated into the grid-stiffened structure and a grid-stiffened structure with heat dissipation and bearing function is designed. The contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly, computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is used to simulate heat transfer characteristics and thermal behavior of grid-stiffened panels structure,which is loaded a constant heat flux loading and forced convection condition of auxiliary heat transfer medium; According to the highest temperature of the grid-stiffened structure,the number of ribs and rib spacing of the structure has carried on preliminary optimization; Thermal performance of grid-stiffened with double sided board panels are analyzed, the analysis result shows, thermal performance of grid-stiffened panels with double panel is better than grid-stiffened panels with single panelSecondly, the method of numerical simulation is used to calculate the thermal stress of the grid-stiffened panels which generated in the heat transfer process of the structure.Finally, finite element method was used to study the buckling problem of grid-stiffened structure under compression, The effects of the rib thickness, panel thickness, and rib height on the critical buckling load of structural were discussed.The innovation of this paper lies in the fluid flow is integrated into the grid stiffened structure, a grid-stiffened panels structure with heat dissipation and bearing performance has been designed, Through the finite element simulation studies show that the structure has good heat dissipation performance and load-carrying properties.
