With the rapid development of space technology, space attack-defense con-frontation technology has become a research hotspot of national aerospace field.Intercepting satellite is one of the main ways of space interception and its interceptorbital planning is a key factor for the successful intercept. This thesis considers thespecial condition that the target satellite defense system is composed of the forma-tion satellites and focuses on researching the online planning and offline planningissues of the terminal maneuver orbit of the intercepting satellite based on the C-Wequation. The main contributions are as follows:Firstly, an online planning approach of terminal maneuver orbit based on mod-el-predictive control and SQP is studied. This part handles the uncertainty throughexpanding the defense radius of formation satellites in the process of planning.From the relative orbit motion equation, when the intercepting satellite are doingcontinuous variable thrust and impulse thrust maneuver, this method forecasts therelative orbit of intercepting satellite and formation satellites through the modelpredictive control and the current status information, and establishes the corres-ponding objective function and constraint conditions based on the predicted trajec-tories. Then the online planning problem of terminal maneuver orbit is became arolling solving nonlinear planning problem. Then, the method uses SQP to solve thenonlinear planning problem, thus completing the online planning of terminal ma-neuver orbit. Finally the effectiveness of the planning method is verified by simula-tion.Secondly, an offline planning approach of terminal maneuver orbit based ongenetic algorithm is studied. This part considers a dynamic environment and dy-namics constraints and the intercepting satellite avoids the protection zones of for-mation satellites by changing the thrust and changing the pulse. The optimal controlmethod is used to establish terminal maneuver orbit planning model and a descend-ing dimension method is used to process the terminal equality constraints. Then ap-propriate genetic algorithm is designed on the planning model after descending di-mension, including the coding rules, fitness function and so on. After these, offlineplanning of the terminal maneuver orbit is completed. The effectiveness of theplanning method is verified by simulation.
