Bidirectional DC-DC converter as the charging and discharging of thebattery module, can replace the battery discharge module and battery chargingmodule so that the volume and weight of the overall power can be reduced, and itcan also increased power density. Space power should be stability, high powerdensity, high efficiency, low current ripple. For this, compare a lot ofbidirectional DC/DC converters, the final selection of the main topology asbidirectional Super Boost converter.In order to further improve the power density of the module, to reduce thevolume and weight of the module. Add ripple cancellation circuit of thebattery-side current ripple, which decreases the size of the battery-side of thefilter; The coupled inductors can reduce bus voltage ripple, and optimization ofthe inductor current waveform. The main circuit topology parameters determinedby the previous state space averaging method to modeling, and determine thetransfer function of output voltage to the duty cycle. The entire topology of theAC small-signal analysis and simulation, using the decoupling concept of theoriginal high-end circuit simplification and simplify the circuit modeling. Thetransfer function of inductor current to the duty cycle is obtained by modeling.The designed PI compensation circuit current loop of the bi-directional DC-DCconverter compensation system has good stability and good dynamic response.Verified by experiments carried out on the front of the main circuit and a controlcircuit design, to further optimize the parameters of the circuit in the course ofthe experiment, and the efficiency of the bi-directional DC-DC converter istested.Verified through simulation and experimental the bi-directional DC-DCconverter can be full power, the full range of stable work. The battery currentripple, the protection circuit has been tested, and every indicators meet the initialdesign requirements.
