Aiming at the reliability analysis of heat-supply network, the maincontents of the dissertation include the calculation of the failure parameter, thesegmented valves’ setting principle in the process of equivalent zones, visualprogramming design of the heat-supplyed network, the programming tocalculate working probability index of no failures, visual programming designof the heat-supplyed network reliability analysis.According to the study of abroad experience, I obtain a scientific methodfor determining the failure parameter. According to achievement of previouswork, combined with the theory of mathematical statistics, calculate anddetermine the heat-supplyed network components’ failure parameter of threecities in our country. According to the dividing thought of equivalent zones,studied methods of retrofitting existing equivalent zones by adding segmentedvalves, identified the principle of setting segmented valves in the process ofretrofitting equivalent zones.According to study the method of AutoCAD secondary development, Idesign a visual programming and achieve the data collection and the graphicredraw. Using SQL Server to creat a database of the heat-supplyed network,achieved the data storage of heat-supplyed network and to do someprofessional-related calculations and analysis.Design and finish the programming of calculate working probability indexof no failures.Combined the calculating programming and the computeralgorithms of equivalent zone dividing with the graphic redraw,design thevisual programming of quick-draw equivalent zone in AutoCAD.Verified the accuracy and availability of the programming in this arcticleby true examples, and do the analysis of heat-supplyed network spare-structure.Summed up the follow-up work in the programming, pending thefurther optimization and improvement.
