Since the energy crisis and environmental pollution, the solar energy as akind of green renewable energy, has gotten more and more attention of people. Inthe development and utilization of solar energy, photovoltaic power generationtechnology has been acclaimed. Off-grid photovoltaic power generation systemcan solve the Electricity problem of remote area and mountainous areaeffectively and improve the quality of people’s lives greatly. It has great practicalvalue and market value in our country. This paper mainly researched thetopology and control strategy of the Power control regulator in the off-gridpower generation system, to improve the performance, efficiency and powerdensity of the system.In this paper, the main content include the design of the HB4three-portmain circuit topology, analysis of the working state and the closed-loop controlstrategy. The three-port bidirectional DC-DC converter topology can achieve thetransmission and management of power between the solar cell array, battery andload, with the advantage of high integration, high efficiency, high reliability,small volume and low cost. Applying a three-port bidirectional DC-DC convertertopology, combined with MPPT control strategy mode in off-grid solararray-battery system.Design a HB4three-port circuit based on the half bridge topology. Analysisthe circuit in open loop state, to get the detailed working state and calculate openloop transfer function. Then formulate the closed-loop control strategy. In orderto ensure the stability and the dynamic response of the closed-loop control,calculating the closed loop compensation function. Finally, verify the feasibilityof practical application and theoretical analysis through simulation andexperiment. Get the actual operation result of the circuit, which provides theconvenient condition for optimal design of the HB4three-port circuit parameters.Reduce the losses of switch and isolation transformer.
