With the development of Magneto Rheology, the value of Magneto-rheological materialhas been found. Input different values of excitation current into piston, could change themagnetic field intensity, magnetic degree of MRF (Magneto-rheological Fluid) inside thedamper, and the output damper force of MRD. For accurately control the movement ofvibration, displacement sensor speed sensor or acceleration sensor could be coordinate withMRD to make a feedback link. But the sensor outside MRD need more space for installation,high price for maintain, and full protect from changeable temperature high pressure andpotential strike. The key of the design was to solve that problem above. This papercombined the study of MRD structures principle of differential sensing, based on the shearvalve MRD, successfully made composite using of censoring magnetic circuit and dampingmagnetic circuit. The design not only could output damping force but also could outputdifferential induced voltage linear with movement of piston. By integrating differentialcensoring and magneto-rheological technology, highly reduced the space and maintain cost,improved reliability.In chapter1, the background of theory in the paper was introduced, including theoreticalof MR fluid, researching of MRF and MRD domestic and overseas, research of integratedcensoring technology, the task key and difficulties of paper.In chapter2, introduce the detail of damping force principles and differential censoringprinciples, then designed the structure of damper and calculated the parameters of each parts.By using Simulink build a structure calculation module, corrected and optimized theparameters above.In chapter3, by electromagnetic finite simulation software Maxwell simulated to thedesign and got the data of state magnetic field and transient magnetic field. Build model byparameters of MRF, then put math model into Simulink software to simulate dynamicdamper force, got force-speed and force-displacement curves.In chapter4, analyze the relative with materials and structures of wingding cylinder andflux leakage to find out how the materials and structures affect on state magnetic field andtransient magnetic field, then put a plan to optimize magnetic field which can be atheoretical basis and simulation data for other researchers.In chapter5, by using the LabVIEW software, design and debug a data acquisition&post-processing program. Made a plan about tensile test and use the program to acquire and post-process the feedback induced voltages from DSMRD. Assembled the DSMRD and thentest the performances of the DSMRD.In chapter6, summarized the work before, and analyzed the shortage of the working,then put further advice about optimizing in the future.
