With the growing tension of the current energy, energy conservation and emissionsreduction has become the theme of the auto industry development. And auto lightweightautomobile energy saving is the most direct way. But along with the development of newmaterials now, with new materials to replace car traditional metal covering parts is autolightweight a new direction. And fiber metal layer plate because of its light weight, highspecific strength and specific stiffness, and in the large scale production of a cost lowcharacteristic, is a kind of ideal car skin material. However fiber metal layer board in theproduction is thermal residual stress, and focused on the road, the layer board. So fiber metallayer plate farming is the most vulnerable part of the layer board. Starting from the securityand reliability, it is necessary to fiber metal layer plate of farming fracture carry on carefulresearch, put forward a can judge specimen fracture criterion, which can predict the fracturefiberboard.Considering the performance of the aluminum alloy is better and more application in the car,so this article chooses aluminium alloy glass fiber layer plate as the research object. Thispaper first introduced the domestic and foreign to metal glass fiber layer plate researchpresent situation, and then find out some problems in them. The second chapter is theexperiment, namely make fiber metal layer board, this paper made a total of63samples, atotal of three groups, each group of21samples. Each group of experimental road, the layerboard have seven different widths, each width have three samples. Sample done will samplein tensile testing machine tensile experiments, the different groups of load displacement curve,and carries on the analysis. The third chapter is limited element analysis, the establishment ofthe different groups of three dimensional finite element models, according to the tensileexperiment of different load for finite element simulation. For each group of sample layerplate of farming axial stress and shear stress distribution along the interface, and analyzeslayer plate taking width, glass fiber layer plate thickness of layer plate taking the influence ofinterface stress. The fourth chapter is based on the opposite sex material tip stress field anddisplacement field of mechanism, and the integration of interface layer board Angle areas ofsingularity stress field and displacement field.
