Testing machine can be used for quantitative determination of material properties. Itis meaningful to ensure the accuracy of testing machine for engineering structuredesigning, material saving, product quality improving, process improving and cost cutting.The main purpose of measurement is the guarantee units unified, accurate and reliablevalue of a quantity. Measurement which is Divided into Calibration and verification is themain method to ensure the accuracy of testing machine.This paper does the research on testing machine accuracy ensuring in the metrologymember perspective,the main content is innovation work of calibration. The articlecomposed in three parts:the metering standard device of stability, the analysis of testingmachine’s indication error, measurement data processing.On the basis of standard dynamometers’s intermediate checks theoreticalanalysising,according to the shortcoming of traditional intermediate checks method,putforward the new method of intermediate checks innovatively,which can be done byindividual laboratories-laboratory internal comparison method,and And do the empiricalresearch on it.The advantages of Laboratory internal comparison method is ensuring thestability of standard dynamometers, overcoming the shortcomings of the traditionalintermediate checks methods, improving the efficiency of intermediate checks, and toreduce the cost of verification.Analysis the influencing factor of testing machine’s accuracy,according to a varietyof the data comparison a variety of testing machine fault analysis, summed up theinfluence that fault effect on the accuracy of the measurement, and conclude the causeand debugging method when on the basis of experiment machine appears differentindication error.According to a new uncertainty related file which is issued by the China NationalAccreditation,do the Uncertainty evaluation on test results of the measuring, this is thefirst dissertation on the uncertainty evaluation of measurement results after the a newuncertainty related file issuing. In conclusion,this paper used the method of combining theory and practice, theimpact testing machine measuring various aspects of the comprehensive analysis, contentanalysis and the results of measurement and calibration work has important referencesignificance to other metrological verification, also has the certain reference significance.
