Research On Proficiency Testing For Hydropower Enterprises On Generator Maintenance Quota

With the advance of China’s electric power system reform, China’s hydropowerindustry is entering a period of accelerated development., Market-oriented competitiveurge the hydropower enterprises pay more attention on cost control of unit maintenance.Inthe principles of budget management, quota control, reasonable savings and programchange ’s request,a complete preparation of unit equipment maintenance quota based on thecharacteristics of the hydropower industry has important practical significance.From the current development situation,it’s a minority for the internal quota, especiallythe lack of research on hydro repair crew fixed. In this paper, to overhaul the quota level ina power station unit test a large number of data collection and collation, and combined withthe characteristics of the unit equipment maintenance repair crew quota principle, and putforward the principle of the quota of the hydropower enterprise unit equipmentmaintenance, focusing on the the unit equipment overhaul defined level test methods andideas, similar to the repair crew fixed the preparation and the other hydropower enterpriserepair crew fixed the preparation and the level of testing has an important reference valueand reference.The thesis is divided into six chapters. Firstly it introduces enterprise for overhaul thecontextual meaning of the quota of research as well as related research in the field of thestatus quo, the main content of the thesis, research innovation and research methods andtechnology roadmap. Then it’s a simple introduction to the basic theory of the repair crewand equipment maintenance of power generation companies Quota system. The secondchapter introduces the unit equipment overhaul the basis of the data analysis, including themaintenance of basic data features, analysis and maintenance of data source-based dataclassification and its role in the quota and the level of testing; then details the fixed level ofunit equipment overhaul test methods and ideas, including the comparison between thedifferent units of the fixed internal comparison of historical data, and enterprises,compared with other enterprises overhaul fixed quotas as well as with national industrycomparison. Forth by Yangtze Power Plant overhaul defined level of test instancespractical methods and steps to overhaul defined proficiency test.
