With the speeding of economic growth of our country, the situation of energyshortage calls for the conservation of energy strategy, prompting researchers todevelop new research direction in the field of energy saving. Which in the field ofbuilding’s energy-saving technology, the use of phase change microcapsulesencapsulated technology reach the effect of energy storage,applicating in buildingpalisade structure, through the play of enery storage (put), To solve the required ofminimum energy for building indoor temperature stability. Therefore, how to effectiveuse of energy in the field of energy saving and comfort satisfy of people live.Development research who has energy storage and store moisture performance ofbuilding materials, Become one of the difficult research in this field.This paper select the low cost of phase change paraffin wax for nuclear,polyacrylic ester as the inner shell, high oil-absorbing resin by in situ polymerizationtechnology, through a large number of experiments, obtain the good performance ofphase change microcapsules, Its main parameters respectively is core-shell than5:2,select emulsifier dosage and emulsification time respectively is4%and20min,Onthis basis, the selection of high absorbent resin of polyacrylic acid sodium as wallmaterial, preparation of double shell phase change microcapsules by interfacialpolymrization method which have performance of thermal and humidity control.Secondly, useing scanning electron microscope (SEM), infrared spectrum analysis,saturated salt solution method, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric (TG) to characterize the morphology, structure, heat performanceand stability of single and double shell phase change microcapsules. The test resultsshow that the double hull phase change microcapsule material have rules of sphericalparticles and opaque, compact package, capsule core is not easy to phase changeparaffin outflow; Compared with single shell phase change microcapsule has good putwet absorption, the effect is better when the solid-liquid phase change in phase changeparaffin block, resistant to temperature of123℃.Finally, Use of building plaster who has the wet performance and actual applicationsituation as the plaster material, according to the different proportion to microcapsuleswith gypsum plaster, preparation of phase change energy-storing gypsum specimens, ina simulation environment, the specimens for testing energy storage and moistureabsorption/desorption performance. Results show that the research of phase changeenergy-storing gypsum base material has appropriate phase change temperature and (put)heat storage capability, and moisture absorption/desorption performance is good.
