The Research On Industrial Integration Path And The Spatial Pattern Of Urban And Rural Development In Weibei Area Of Weinan City

As the urbanization rate having exceeded50%, China is in a new period ofbalancing urban and rural development at present.With the following10years of thewestern development strategy,as latecomers,vast western regions are facing thehistorical process of rapid urbanization, industrialization and modernization. Inpromoting the urban and rural social development, at the same time,Weibei area stillfaces some structural contradictions, including the increasingly prominent urban-ruraldual structure and the increasing gap and contradictions between urban and rural area,so the integration of urban and rural development are further more needed to promotethe integration between urban and rural economic and social development.The integration of urban and rural industrial development, is an important focus ofbreaking urban-rural dual structure, an important driving force to realize regional urbanand rural integration,and also the foundation of promoting urban and rural developmentpattern.Weibei area is a representative industry enrichment area in guanzhong andwestern region for it has a prominent advantage in resources and industrialfoundation,but it is also a typical area which facs problems and difficulties. Byintegrating the urban and rural industrial resources in Weibei to achieve integrateddevelopment, optimize the regional urban and rural spatial developmentpattern,accelerate regional urbanization, industrialization and modernization process,has the direct theoretical research significance and reality guiding sense.This paper has a a systemic review and summary related theory and practice for the domestic and abroad research of industrial integration, spatial patterns,and has beenclear about the mechanism of action between industrial integration development and theurban-rural integration development and also assured the intrinsic link of the industrialdevelopment and spatial structure optimization.Paper adopts a variety of methods, andhas put forward the exsiting problems of the urban and rural industrial development andspatial development in the Weibei area. Based on the ralated industrial economicstheory, guided by the integration of urban and rural industrial development in,to buildan integrated development industry system and make a characteristic developmentdirection for industry integration and industrial convergence development guidance andpath of the Weibei area. Combined with the spatial response mode of industrydevelopment, to optimize the the industrial layout of urban and rural industries ofWeibei area. Based on urban and rural industrial space optimization layout, conform tothe inevitable trend of development of the urban and rural spatial network,to buildWeibei urban and rural network system.Author think Weibei area should rely onregional urban and town groups, organize the elements of points, axis and domain areas,conbined with external network,together with transportation, industry and small urbanand town system network,to constitute multi-center networking space system of Weibeiarea.At last,this paper puts forward the Weibei regional space structure optimizationboth in technology and policy strategy, and make a optimum prediction for functionstructure, scale structure and spatial structure,which is expected to be useful forreference.
