AC speed regulation system relies on the advantages of high efficiency speedcontrol performance, excellent energy saving effect, etc,it caused the attention of theindustry,and has been applied in almost all fields, it is gradually replacing dc speedregulation, becoming a hotspot in the research of the electrical transmission. In acspeed regulating system, the application of vector control and other advanced controltechnology made the speed regulation performance improved significantly. However,the accurate of motor parameters was severely restricts the speed regulatingperformance of the system. Therefore, how to accurately get the parameters of motorvector control system is the first problem to solve. The off-line identification methodcannot real-time reflect the property of the running motor,in order to get thereal-time parameters of the motor, we must carry on the online identification, whichuse a proper method in the process of running motor to identify and evaluate.Speed sensor-less vector control is put forward a new control method based onthe traditional vector control, comparing to the traditional methods, the speedsensor-less vector control without speed sensor and encoder,reduces the cost of thesystem, and the complexity of the system.Motor parameter online identification is the first problem to solve in this paper,interms of flux estimation, this paper puts forward the composite forms of voltage modeland current model,It reference characteristic function to implement two modelcompound; The flux linkage observation and speed calculation model was constructedbased on model reference adaptive method, and improved the feedback gain, it makesthe motor flux observing model can realize smooth transition, namely close to thecurrent model of flux linkage model in the low speed region, to close to the voltage athigh speed. Then it constructing of the speed sensor-less vector control system model, in thismodel,the parameters such as speed and flux linkage which is obtained by parameteridentification model, as the input quantity in the vector control system to adjust thevolume of each control, controling the three-phase asynchronous motor by decouplingcircuit,2r/3s transformation and SVPWM control system, through the simulation ofMATLAB/Simulink, the simulation results verify the feasibility of the designparameter identification method and the effectiveness of the vector control system.Setting up the experimental platform of sensor-less vector control system in thispaper,the hardware circuit includes the main circuit, keyboard and display, detection,drive and power supply circuit. The software system of dsPIC single-chipmicrocomputer as the core as the control circuit, controling each function module. Bythe analysis of the experimental waveform,it verifies the correctness of the scheme thatthe speed sensorless vector control system this topic designed, which verify theeffectiveness of the motor parameter online identification.
