Since entering the21st century, along with our country industrialization and urbanizationprocess speeding up, urban central heating system has gained great development in recentyears. As a large energy consumption, the development of the urban centralized heatingsystem on energy demand will be high rise, and the impact on the urban environment is moreand more obvious. Promoted and applied in engineering practice about new technology andmethods, enhancing the management level of the operation of the heating system, Strengthenthe efficiency of energy comprehensive, make full use of the limited resources as much aspossible, is the developing direction of the central heating system in our country.As a new heating system operation mode, distributed variable frequency pump centralheating system has been more and more used in our country because of its obvious advantagesin the aspect of energy consumption. This thesis takes the distributed variable frequencycentral heating system in Yangling demonstration zone as the research object, the researchbased on characteristics of hot water heating systems and distributed systems, determine thepumps arrangement of the distributed system and the primary heat supply network regulatingmode. The water pump arrangement form of this power distributional heat net uses the heatsource circulating water pump add heat consumer circulating water pump for the heat net. Theadjusting mode of heating net adopts the ‘Quantity Adjustment’,Water supply temperature ofthe primary heat suppiy network is fixed, by adjusting the flux of the user’s primary heatsuppiy network the user’s backwater temperature of secondary heat supply network can becontrolled. Ensure that the quality of heating when external conditions change.In the control system for the heat exchange station of distributed variable frequencypump central heating, the backwater temperature for secondary heat supply network ascontrolled object, has such characters as uncertain, nonlinear, variable parameter. According to this characteristic, this article proposed the fuzzy PID algorithm to realize the automaticcontrol of the control system. The algorithm use fuzzy inference to realize the PID controlparameters Kp, KI, KDonline setting, and use MATLAB simulation tools to carry out thesimulation experiment for the designed self-tuning fuzzy PID controller. The simulationexperiments show that the self-tuning fuzzy PID controller is compared with the traditionalPID control has better control effect. This paper also gives a design of hardware and softwarebased on PLC, and through the WINcc configuration software to realize the matchingoperation of the system hardware and software. Research results of this paper, for centralheating heating power station operation adjustment, has a certain guiding significance.
