| As far as China has acceded to the states parties of the cultural heritage of the world, wehave paid more attention to our cultural heritage, especially the heritage of the main culturalsites. It have confronted with both good opportunities and sever challenges. How to correctlyevaluate the value of cultural sites and how to deal with the relation between protection andrational have become hot issues in recent years.This article gives a brief introduction to the cultural heritage protection theory, theconcept of value, type, idle status and reasons of cultural relics. Then the elements areclassified in detail by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Delphi method toevaluate the cultural sites. Meanwhile, the article summarizes the domestic and internationalcultural heritage protection using the model, which are divided into the overall protection andlocal protection two. The article focuses on the analysis of the various mode of protection andutilization characteristics, shortcomings and applicability. Through the successful cases fromthe domestic and foreign, it studies a contrastive analysis of domestic and external treatmentof cultural sites on that experience. The foreign copy requires their own circumstances andasks for flexible use of various types of model.The article uses the example of Wuwei white pagoda temple ruins protection andutilization to verify the theory and method mentioned above. It has the analysis of the thereason that white pagoda temple leave unused is lack of site actual entry site environment andcommunication disorders. Based on a comprehensive understanding of basic white pagodatemple ruins, the article discusses the site protection and utilization mode is the recentconstruction of tourism the scenic area and the construction site of the park forward. At thesame time, based on our cultural sites, the article gives some suggestions and measures tohow to make rational use on the heritage of the cultural sites in the future. |
