The durability of prestressed concrete structures is closely related to service environment.Durability zonation is valuable for guiding the durability of prestressed concrete design andassessment that based on the influence of environment.Under cooperation of chloridecorrosion,prestressed concrete structures to resist erosion caused by stress corrosion ofprestressed reinforcement and durability damage must rely on the thickness of prestressedsteel protection system.Therefore the determination of Prestressed reinforced protectionsystem is not only the important content of durability design of new construction, but also theimportant indices for durability assessment of the project.This paper analyzes the influencing factors on chloride ion, established chloride ioninvasion model;With the bridge reliability analysis means get prestressed concrete structureslimit slate functions in low temperature freezing zone or high temperature zone.It as theimportant condition of structure analysis of the thickness of protection layer solution forprestressed concrete protective layer thickness system.. The first investigation the variousenvironmental factors affecting the durability of concrete structure,and analyzing the changetrend of some factors.Analysis temperature and humidity change curve in different areas fornearly50years.The second Thickness of the prestressed concrete protection systemanalysis.This paper analyzing the concrete structure durability influence mechanism and theinfluence degree.Through the corrosion medium into research and mathematical simulation,based on layer system thickness formulas protection reliability is given to the specificenvironment.Furthermore through analysis of prestressed concrete structure durability limitstate equation for reliability index, to get corrosion environmen thickness of the prestressedconcrete protection system. Finaly Prestressed concrete structure durability environmentdivision to the coastal regions of China, and get the zoning map. Based on the prestressedconcrete structure under chloride ion corrosion protection system thickness value.
