| The design of estuary tunnel in Shanxi,Longcheng expressway is three-lane crosssection. Surrounding rocks mainly base on silt and sand-cobble.The tunnel is built withquite a few difficulties,like large section,shallow cover and poor surrounding rock condition.Besides the tunnel is built under the Ming Dynasty Great Wall which is belongs to thenational level cultural relics protection is well preserved.Thus, our key points are in theform of protecting the culture relics while excavating, foundation pit supporting,groundsurface settlement controlling,which is our tough and quite urgent problem.During theconstruction process, some negative factors might occur due to the large-span,as well asleading to the development difficulties.which means that while constructing beneath,thetunnel excavation may cause soil settlement and deflection which probably destruction theexisting building. Thus solving this problem is an Important research direction in highwayand tunnel field, specifically in engineering practicability.Aiming at the construction scheme selection under the Ming Dynasty Great Wall andOptimizing of construction scheme,the article is a conclusion of full scale modelexperiments, simulating the influence on large cross-section excavation and The internalstress of surrounding rock deformation on Shallow buried soil condition.Apart from that,the article discuss the effectiveness and necessity of The surface groutingpre-reinforcement.Through the Comprehensive analysis and comparison, the priorityprogram is before pilot tunnel construction with the method of twin-side heading, thesurface grouting pre-reinforcement comes first.And the consequence of our methods wouldbe theoretical foundation for the following similar project. |
