In recent years, Man-Excavated Pile process is simple, wide application, less affected byclimate, safe, reliable, low cost, flexible, large area can expand the site, etc, which are widelyused in highways and industrial civil. Artificial man-excavated pile bearing capacity size isnot enough. The soil moisture content is one of the important factors that affectman-excavated pile bearing characteristics. From the point of view of the different moisturecontent and laboratory experiments with different moisture content of the soil the pile bearingcharacteristics impact strength indicators and compression of indicators, at the same timebased on the ADINA finite element numerical simulation of man-excavated pile, analysis ofthe variation of man-excavated pile bearing capacity, determine the allowable bearingcapacity, provides a theoretical basis for the perfect man-excavated pile design. The main contents are as follows:1.Check out all kinds of literature, understanding of domestic and man-excavated pileResearch;2.According to the research purposes, to establish research in the different moisturecontent under the conditions of artificial man-excavated pile bearing characteristics and itsvariation;3.According to the research, the establishment of a laboratory test, compressioncoefficient under different conditions of moisture content by high-pressure consolidation testand direct shear test, compression modulus, cohesion, internal friction angle test indicators;4.Topics relying on man-excavated pile bearing mechanism, based on ADINA bynumerical simulation analysis the following conclusions:(1) Artificial digging pile load-displacement curve substantially changes in thethree-stage;(2) Side and pile end soil displacement piles under vertical load variation, the pile of soilpresent pile basin subsidence state;(3) Axial force, the same moisture content conditions, with piles buried depth increasesand decreases, at the same depth at the axial force gradually decreases with increasingmoisture content, different moisture content conditions, Axial force on depth curve fittingequation approximation satisfy the formula as a function of y=Ax~2+Bx+C;(4) Pile friction, the same moisture content conditions, as the depth increased first reducethe pile under different conditions of moisture content is friction the resistance peak occurredin the middle of the pile, Pile side resistance on depth curve fitting equation approximationsatisfy the formula as a function of y=Ax~2+Bx+C;(5) The pile end load, the same moisture content conditions, with progressivelyincreasing load, the pile tip load sharing ratio will continue to increase; pile tip load ratiooverall decreasing trend with increasing moisture content.
