Lunar rover is the key device in the moon exploration project. The mobile subsystemand structure subsystem of lunar rover are comprised of some typical active componentssuch as sealing ring, harmonic reducer, BLDCM, stepper motor. In order to adapt to theharsh space environment, we need to develop a set of testing system and carry outperformance test experiment for the typical active components.According to the technical specifications and test function requirements of typical activecomponents, the overall sheme of host-slalve computer structure is designed. The hostcomputer is responsible for display and storage of metrical information, meanwhile, theslave computer carries out data acquisition and control function with peripheral devices.Modbus protocol is used for information exchange between host and slave computer.In this thesis, the function of test system software is elabrately divided based on the ideaof modularization design. Then, the monitoring software is implemented in C-Sharpprogramming language by comprehensive application of.net, database and zedGraphgraphic classlib. Through this, the software is capable of dynamic data display, automaticrecording and data management function.The test accuracy and loading precision of test system is up to the torque transduceressentially. As measuring instrument, torque transducer should be calibrated to enaure itstraceability before use. According to the calibration principle and method, the research onmeasurement uncertainty evaluation of T7torque transducer (range:0.5Nm, comprehensiveerror:±0.1%) is done here.Finally, in order to evaluate the test accuracy and loading precision, performance testexperiment of the sealing ring and BLDCM is carried out. The result shows that thetechnical specifications meet the requirements perfectly--that repeatability of measurementis0.5×10-3Nm and loading precision is8×10-3Nm. Preliminary analysis indicates that thefriction torque of sealing ring varies periodically over time, and its mean value increases asthe revolution increases.
