| In recently years, high-speed railway developed rapidly in global, especially in china.High-speed railway has reflected its advantages such as fast, convenient, safe in theexcursions. Subway traffic is also a developing fast, the implementation of the subway,which greatly reduces suppression of the other modes of transport, such as buses pressure.As the increasingly serious problem of energy crisis and the sound of environmentalprotection become loudly, electrical traction motor is suitable for development because ofits feature of energy saving and environmental protection. Any more, permanent magnettraction motor has the incomparable advantage of other motors. So the research ofpermanent magnet traction motor according to era development and permanent magnettraction motor is the trend of traction technology of track traffic.At first, we must access to relevant literature and reference materials to determine thebasic parameters of the motor and design goals, and then give the initial structure of themotor, including poles and slots combination, stator structure, rotor structure. We use FEMsoftware to calculate the initial model, comparing calculated results to require objectives.After analysis the results, modify the model, and repeat design processes until the results inaccordance with design goals. Electromagnetic design including no-load characteristicdesign, load characteristic design, overload characteristic design, short circuit analysis,field-weaken design.The second step is electromagnetic performance optimization. Including slots andpoles combination optimization, aspect ratio optimization, stator structure optimization,rotor structure optimization.When we are finished preliminary electromagnetic design, we need to checktemperature field and mechanical stress. Since high-speed railway train has serious demandon installation space and weight on traction motor, the motor is used in it usually has highheat load, so temperature field analysis is particularly important. At the other side, rotorlamination must be able to withstand the centrifugal force during high-speed operation. Ifthe result of temperature field analysis or mechanical stress, we need adjust theelectromagnetic program, and check temperature field and mechanical stress again andagain until every aspects meeting the requirements. |
