In2009, Ministry of Finance united Ministry of Construction to publish 《Theimplementation plan for the construction application of renewable energy demonstrationproject》 and 《The Technical guide for the construction of renewable energydemonstration project of data monitoring device》(try out). And then, they developed theconstruction engineer of application of renewable energy of demonstration project, andrequired clearly to construct data monitoring device of GSHPs. The paper supply andperfect on the basis of this analysis and development.This paper analyses the air conditioning system in variety of energy efficiency ratioof the extension of the concept, provide relevant theoretical support for constructingground source heat pump system performance index. And put forward a new coefficient ofperformance of ground source heat pump system evaluation index in IPLV, NPLV andOEER basis, namely the online part load value OPLV. Provides a new idea to thecomprehensive evaluation of overall performance of GSHPs.The energy efficiency monitoring system of GSHPs installing the data measuring andacquisition device, by use of the remote data transmission means, realize the data online,real-time monitoring and dynamic analysis of function, including hardware and softwaresystem, so as to realize the diagnosis and evaluation of GSHPs.In this paper, the famous AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of thesystems engineering is applied to the ground source heat pump system performanceevaluation, established the soil source heat pump system performance evaluation indexsystem. Thus for GSHPs provides energy saving transformation necessity and the basis forenergy saving level. A new idea for the qualitative determination of differences betweenthe coefficient of performance of heat pump, heat pump system coefficient of performance,chilled water transport coefficient and cooling water transport coefficient, the differenceand then quantify, steps and methods of quantitative and provide. According to the indexrange, using a two parabolic partial large distribution mathematic model of dimensionlessprocessing of index.
