In the process of bearing online quality testing, there will produce a lot of historical data,analyzing the data can help enterprises master the trend of data’s change, monitoring thequality of bearing effectively. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy when analyzedhistorical information and in order to reduce the enterprises’ cost consumption, the research ofrolling bearing quality detection database management system is significant. This papermainly studied the design and implementation of rolling bearing quality detection databasemanagement system. Mainly for the following work:Firstly, analysis the demand of system, the system was divided into user informationmanagement module, bearing basic information management module, statistics module,bearing sample learning module, then planning dynamic operation process of the system. Inorder to integrate with enterprise information system more convenient, this system adoptedCLIENT/SERVER structure and selected SQL SERVER2008as the database managementsystem. Because VC6.0tools can bring more facility for data change with informationacquisition system, selected it as the development platform. Support vector machine can solvenonlinear and dimension disaster, so adopted it as quality detection classification method.Secondly, due to the mass data produce when the rolling bearing online detect, studied themass storage system and provided several methods of optimize the retrieval, finallycompleted database design, optimization and maintenance, etc.Thirdly, explored the sample learning algorithm based on support vector machine, usedthe frequency amplitudes as the input for the Polynomial function SVM and RBF SVM. Thenfound the optimal parameters of SVM in the system, completed the bearing classification withthe decision function.In this paper, realized the design and implementation of rolling bearing quality detectiondatabase management software system. This software has some virtue that easy to use, simpleoperation and friendly user interface. It brings a lot of convenience to the management staff.
