Along with the vigorous development of China’s market economy, China’s constructionindustry is also in the process of urbanization has been rapid development and improvement. Chinais currently in the construction sector in the development process, made brilliant achievements, butalso objectively there is a great lack of, in particular, the low efficiency, low efficiency and lowadded value of the objective existence of three major issues, but also for the the rapid developmentof China’s construction industry has brought huge obstacles. These issues not only in the socialdevelopment process have not been an effective solution, but growing trend. Although thedevelopment of the total economy should be noted that the construction industry has made brilliantachievements, but the objective existence between incremental and output growth the price scissorsissues, fully shows the added value of overall economic activity in the construction industry inChina is still in a lower level.In this regard, the paper closely Construction characteristics of economic activities, the use ofprice theory, value chain theory and value of innovation theory, theoretical analysis and empiricalanalysis using a combination of research methods, systems, in-depth study of the constructionproduct prices and prices., conceived and demonstrated to solve construction problems productprice and value deviated from the ways and means, and thus, practical engineering research anddevelopment of high value-added mode of operation of the EPC value added space and operationsmanagement techniques.
