Solar power technology is the key of the solar cell,and the cell junction with the welding is the focus of the solar cell. the study of the high qualitywelding quality automatic welding equipment is very important to the further development of thephotovoltaic industry in our country. Then according to thesimulation results of the existing heating body structure optimized, which finally proved thecorrectness of the uniform of the new structure heating body temperature through theexperiments.Finally, the solar cell welding equipment for experimental platform, the experiments show thecorrectness of the welding system design under the guidance of the theory which providestheoretical support for realizing industrialization production. |
