In Induction heating power supply is one of the important equipment for inductionheating process, from the principle of speaking, it is a kind of AC power into DC to ACpower supply frequency we need equipment.Induction heating power supply inverter control circuit at this stage by the analogdevices, PLL circuit such as the use of integrated phase-locked loop CD4046. But this kind ofcontrol circuit structure is complex, it excited signal, dead time, overlap time must beimplemented by the auxiliary circuit, unable to realize the phase locking function, so thetracking of narrow range.This paper analyzes the principle and the inverter induction heating control requirements.According to the current trend of induction heating equipment gradually digitized, the DSPchip is used in the inverter induction heating power control, the successful implementation ofthe frequency tracking and fixed angle control. At the same time it shock signal, theoverlapping area control is implemented by DSP to simplify the circuit structure. DSPpowerful computing capability based on output signal, to optimize the compensation, theoutput signal stability is improved.The design of the inverter control circuitry needed, including DSP power circuit, JTAGinterface circuit, DSP chip high speed crossing zero comparison circuit, level convertingcircuit, power amplifier circuit and protection circuit.Finally through the experiment, verify the feasibility and accuracy of the design.Analysis of the experimental results, the design ideas for further improvement.
