This paper large-scale direct shear apparatus shear test mixture of gravel, gradationgravel mixture shear behavior and its impact on the law-depth study. Large-scale directshear tests, to further improve the use of the the indoor shear apparatus proposedthrough-shear apparatus in the application process easy solution to the problem, get thesand and gravel mixed in the region through the different gradations of200,400,600,800kpa vertical pressure the shear strength of the material parameters as well as theratio of the influence of the shear behavior of sand and gravel mixture. This articleconsists of the following:(1) According to the gravel mixture as coarse aggregate engineeringapplications, research methods and research status quo of the coarse aggregate;(2) excellent indoor soil test applications equipment shortcomings, easy soil testequipment and test method selection.;(3) through the study of coarse aggregate constitutive relations theory, establishthe constitutive relation equation gravel mixture;(4) different graded gravel mixture indoor direct shear apparatus shear strength, arrived at a different level with gravel mixture shear strength in the200,400,600,800kpa vertical pressure, as building foundations, sugared and pavement engineeringdesign and construction to provide a reference;(5) the results show that: when the mix stone content from50%to60%, theshear properties of the mixture significantly enhanced, however, when the stone contentof60%to70%of the time, the mixture shear performance no longer increases when themix stone content of greater than70%when the shear properties of the mixture began todecrease; each ratio mixture has little effect on the shear strength parameters, the shearstrength parameters, when the proportion of the mixture of stone from50%to60%, themixture increases significantly, however, when the proportion of the stone in the60%to70%, the mixture is no longer increase when the proportion of the mixture of stone, when more than70%, since the proportion of sand is too low, affecting the integrity ofthe mixture, the mixture began to decrease.
