Energy and environment are two major focus of the world attention, thetraditional energy has been unable to fully meet the needs of the people, and the use of traditionalfossil energy is at the cost of environmental destruction, so all the countries are exploringrenewable clean energy, solar energy, wind energy, biogas have been used widely, China which isa large agricultural country has rich raw materials of biomass, if they can be fully developed andutilized, that can not only solve the problem of energy, but also can reduce the problem ofenvironmental pollution caused by burning straw.The main contents of the thesis is divided into two parts: the first part, it carries on aninvestigation of the current situation of northeast area of biomass briquette fuel industries,investigating and communicating by means of related enterprises to government departments andindustry, we can understand the biomass resources in Northeast China, biomass briquette moldingequipment production, processing and other aspects of biomass briquette fuel. The second part, ittests in rich biomass resources of Northeast China by researching a flat pattern of biomassbriquetting machine, to research rate of water content, molding temperature, the size of moldingsleeve and press roller on the molding effect, it finds the suitable processing into fuel moisturerange, molding sleeve size etc. production conditions in the Northeast region. Based on theexperimental date and previous research to improve some key components adapt the physical andchemical characteristics of straw in the northeast region,to make it more adapted to the strawprocessing conditions of northeast.Improvement of molding machine mainly on material and composition:(1)Dealing with flat molding machine rapid wear parts--molding sleeve, press rollersurface materials by using of ceramic spraying process, connecting the resistance to wear and hightemperature of ceramic with easy processing and strength and toughness of metal materials, toimprove the forming machine repair cycle and to reduce the cost of processing.(2)Improvement on molding sleeve size and structure, improved the molding pressure,prolonged the retention time, reduced the sensitivity of moisture, expanded moisture range ofmolding machine which can process, use special design on the molding sleeve to neutralize theresidual elasticity after compressed.(3)Improved the molding stamper and the press roller, increased the height of step betweendouble row holes, used to solve the imbalance pressure which caused by different biomass volumeof inner and outer rings. Add to the width of press roller, closely matched the molding sleeve at the entrance, can press biomass raw material into molding sleeve more effectively, improve theproduction efficiency of equipment.
