Industrial workshop on the solid-web column and h-beam under the lattice column usuallyadopt shoulder beam node connection. Shoulder beam node has a lot of forms from the point ofview of structure. There is no clear standard that under what conditions to choose and what kindof form of shoulder beam. How to reasonable design is open research question, and expand thecorresponding work has the very vital significance.For heavy steel structure workshop the common in three difference form column shoulderbeam, It is respectively established considering the material nonlinearity of H section steellattice column shoulder beam finite element model by large-scale finite element softwareANSYS. The material constitutive relation of finite element model is the ideal elastic-plasticconstitutive relation, and the basic unit of finite element model is shell element SHELL181. It isapplied crane load step by setting the load step, the basic way of solving the nonlinear problemis the incremental iteration method. Though studying the common in the three different formcolumn shoulder beam, analyzing focus on the force performance of the upper cover plate ofthe shoulder beam under different crane load and the influence of which force shoulder beam tothe under column web plate, comparing the difference form shoulder beam for forceperformance, on when the crane load changes. In addition, Summarizes the advantages anddefects of three different forms of shoulder beam and put forward their respective applicablescope, about the shoulder beam defects, put forward to optimize the shoulder beam, and carryout the force analysis.Research and analysis show that, In the heavy steel structure workshop, the common inthree different form column shoulder beam has obvious advantages and defects, and theirrespective applicable scope, optimized the shoulder beam node structure is reasonable, superiormechanical performance, can be used for reference in the engineering design.
